VERY DISAPPOINTED

We recently had to buy a new fax machine for our clinic. Although the old one was a true dinosaur, it was so much better than this machine.
1. The description says the document feeder tray holds 50 sheets. DO NOT believe that statement for one second. I have to fax documents every morning and I promise in the 3 weeks we have owned this copier it has NEVER copied even 20 sheets of paper without a paper jam, and it constantly pulls 2 and 3 sheets at a time trough the feeder. I have to stand over this fax and monitor it with everything I do. A waste of my time.
2. Sometimes I have a need for printing conformation pages that my faxes go to the person I intended. This machine only lets you print EVERY transaction or none at all. I can not go in and print just one for a certain transaction. I have to print a sheet showing my last 40 transactions or have it print for EVERY single transaction which is a waste of paper.

Not happy at all with this machine. My biggest dislike is the document feeder not ever working properly. That is a true aggravation.

Great price and received on time!

5 stars because it does everything a small office needs. I ordered it for work because the price was amazing. Received it very quickly. It took me less than an hour to configure to what was needed in the office. I highly recommend.

Bought for Office

Bought this for our office and it is working great. Only one tiny complaint...it doesn't show what page you are on while the fax is progressing. Of course, it may be that I haven't been able to figure out how to display this. LOL
