Did not work on dell 720 printer

I purchased this set from Abacus. Since my black cartridge ran out I installed the new one in the printer after removing the plastic attachment and the plastic tab. I ran several test prints and installed and reinstalled the cartridge multiple times but it still did not work. I returned both cartridges to Abacus and have received a refund. I repurchased a single black catridge from eforcity and this cartridge worked fine.

YOU WILL PAY FOR O C PRODUCTS MISTAKES

THANK GOD MY PURCHASE WAS MADE THROUGH AMAZON!

I PURCHASED THESE INK CARTRAGES THROUGH AMAZON FROM O C PRODUCTS. THEY INDICATED ON THE WEBSITE THAT THE CARTRAGES WERE COMPATABLE WITH SERIES 5 MACHINES BUT SENT SERIES 1 CARTRAGES INSTEAD. THEY REFUSED TO SEND A PREPAID RMA TO RETURN THE ITEMS, EVEN AFTER ADMITTING THAT THE ERROR WAS THEIRS!

THIS IS THE REASON I DON'T LIKE PURCHASING ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ELIGABLE FOR AMAZON PRIME.

I AM SENDING THE ITEMS BACK TO THE VENDOR AS AMAZON REQUESTED AND AMAZON IS CREDITING THE ENTIRE COST BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD.

BE WARNED, DO NOT BUY FROM O C PRODUCTS, YOU WILL PAY ONCE FOR THE PRODUCT, THEY WILL SHIP THE WRONG ONE, YOU WILL PAY IN AGGRAVATION TO GET AN RMA AND YOU WILL PAY AGAIN TO SHIP IT BACK TO O C PRODUCTS. I DON'T KNOW IF THEIR PRODUCTS WORK BECAUSE THEY SEND THE WRONG ONES AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL CAUSE YOU AGGRAVATION AND GRIEF. STICK WITH AMAZON PRODUCTS, SENT BY AMAZON PRIME. THAT WAY YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR GETTING AND ANY ERRORS WILL BE MADE RIGHT.
